​Red Corn Cobbler

Red Corn Cobbler is commonly known as "Sorghum Rice Jiejie". "Corn was the staple food of Dunhuang people before the late Tang Dynasty. After the Song Dynasty, flour made from wheat gradually replaced corn as the staple food. Red corn cakes are made of flour and sorghum flour, red and white, with a distinctive flavour, and are a low-sugar health food.
